Farmers Goat Cheese is delightfully basic and uncomplicated. It is a fresh, mild cheese with a slightly tangy taste, and a texture that is moist, yet dry enough to be sliced.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Goat Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes.
What can I say, all of the Goat Cheese I have eaten from Simply Cheese is really good. I just can not figure out which I like the best.
This is sooo good! Because I'm allergic to cow's milk, I use this in place of mozzarella because that's what it reminds me of. Excellent product!
Very, very easy to cook with. Has the texture of a mild brick cheese, sliceable and shreddable. If anything, I could take it a bit less firm, but that's a preference, not a criticism. I've now bought in bulk, since I've cooked it in bulk, and can afford to at this very reasonable price. A fine substitute for feta, particularly because of a muted salt taste. Thanks, folks!
