Our goat cheeses come from a group of small, local dairy farmers in western Pennsylvania and northeast Ohio. These Amish farmers believe in sustainable agriculture, and they take care of their land and animals. The goats are not treated with BST hormones.
The goat milk is shipped to a local farmer-owned cheese plant, where it is processed into the finest of goat's milk cheese.
