delivery
These cheeses are produced on an ongoing basis, but occasionally
or seasonally, as things happen in the real world, something may not be available
for some reason when we submit our order. If a product you ordered is not available,
you will not be charged for that item. We also occasionally have delivery or packing
issues arise that require us to be somewhat flexible. It's just the price we're
happy to pay for working with a small, rural cheese maker, who gives us such good
prices for such an excellent product.
We
are now able to deliver cheese to any state in the eastern half of the United States!
Delivery is made to select locations with Area Distributors every two weeks or so.
(Becoming an AD is easy by the way!) However, you MUST select a location
for delivery at the top of the order form. Currently

If you have made special delivery
arrangements in advance, add a message regarding your pick-up plans in the space
provided.
Orders are due by 8pm Friday on
order dates for delivery the following week. If you miss the 8pm deadline, you may
submit your order anyway but it will probably not be available until the next order
cycle.
Upcoming 2011 order dates are as follows:
August 12, September 9 (see Google Calendar below).
Note
that there is a $.20/lb surcharge for using the insulated cooler boxes during summer months.

set reminders in your Google calendar, so you don't miss an order date.
Some
other important notes:
- You may place your order at ANY TIME; it is not necessary
to wait for a reminder email. I will just fill your order on the next order date.
- When your order has been successfully submitted, you will
receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email, you must re-submit
your order. If this is unsuccessful, contact me.
- During the summer months (when temperatures are consistently
over 75 degrees), there will be a .20 per pound surcharge for return shipping the
insulated cartons.
- Community Fellowship Church pick-up will be on Tuesday; AiG
pick-up will be on Wednesday.
- Keep in mind that you can freeze cheese and butter, but it
should be thawed slowly in the refrigerator.
