We have had this before and love it. We are going to stuff poblano peppers this weekend for a quick Saturday lunch. Nice little zing to the cheese, but we will ramp it up with pepper flakes and mild green chili powder. Yummy.

So much better than what I've found in the stores around me! I had a slice today on a tomato sandwich. This cheese has just the right amount of kick to it! Next I'm going to add it to my mac and cheese recipe. Excellent taste...excellent quality!
