I've reviewed this cheese before, and I simply love it. I just ordered another 15 pounds of assorted cheeses from Simply Cheese. I just thought to mention that even if you are lactose intolerant, you can eat Cheddar. The cheddaring process removes lactose from the cheese. I am somewhat lactose intolerant -- for example, eating ice cream or drinking milk will trigger a series of unfortunate events. I can enjoy as much cheddar as I want. An apple pie triangle with a slice of sharp cheddar is as good a dessert as one could desire, and probably healthier than ice cream. It doesn't make a bad breakfast, either. Enjoy.
This is a good everyday table cheese. It is rich, creamy, and flavorful with enough bite to know you're eating cheddar! It does not compete with some extremely sharp cheddars that have had longer aging, but makes an absolutely wonderful baked mac and cheese, particularly if you can find boneless/skinless ham hocks to dice into the mix. For the price, it can be a pleasure that you can enjoy daily. It is healthy, and not GMO.

This sharp white cheddar is truly the best. Pure and simple. Delicious and flavorful. My granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) request this cheese every time they visit.
