A very good Swiss.

Full of great swiss cheese flavor while being smooth and creamy. Excellent cheese and superior service.

This is the first time I've tried this Swiss. Usually, I buy the Hickory Smoked Swiss (also 'very good') but thought I'd venture out ;-) This cheese lives up to the description provided on the site, so there's not much more to add ... except that I will buy it again.
