Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. But don't stress if things don't go as planned with your order! We're here to make things right. If you have any concerns with the condition or completeness of your order, just give us a shout and we'll work to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement shipment or issuing a refund. We want you to be satisfied with your Simply Cheese experience!

(:1f525:)(:1f525:)SUMMER HEAT ALERT! If you're located in a hot and toasty area where the temps soar above 70 degrees, make sure to add an insulated carton to your order. This way, your cheese and butter stay cool and fresh. Trust us, it's worth it to add an insulated carton. If not, we'll have to cancel your order to keep things cool, if you know what we mean! So, beat the heat and add that insulated carton to your order!

- Oh boy, we don't want your cheesy treats to turn into a melty mess, do we? That's why, when the temperatures are hotter than hot (70+ degrees, hello summer!), we kindly request that you add a cool insulated shipping carton to your order. This way, your cheeses will arrive at your doorstep, perfectly chilled and ready to be devoured. And don't worry, if we suspect that the weather may be a bit too warm, we'll reach out and let you know. We'd rather cancel and refund your order, than have you receive a cheesy disaster!
- If you are not sure of the weather forecast, go to a weather site and check the forecast.(:1f321:)? Be sure to check the forecast for the next several days. Here are a couple to try: www.weather.com, www.accuweather.com.
- We'll only ship your cheesy fix on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday! We want your cheesy goodness to arrive fresh before the weekend.
- Who says good things don't come for free? Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of $80 or more! (:1f64c 1f3fd:)
- We ship via UPS Ground (1-4 days), or get it even quicker with UPS Second Day Air. Just remember, UPS takes the weekends off and they require a good physical address (no PO boxes!). Check the map below to see when your cheese will arrive.
- Early bird gets the cheese! Orders placed before noon might just be shipped out on the same day, but we can't promise it. Don't worry, orders placed after noon will still be on their way soon enough!
- If shipping would make your order sit out over the weekend, we'll hold off and ship it out on Monday.
- Address, please! Make sure you give us the correct address, otherwise your cheese may end up on a wild goose chase.
