Already part of an Azure Standard drop? Even better — a Buying Club can run right alongside your existing drop, on the same day, with no extra trip for anyone. It also works great for church groups, homeschool co-ops, neighborhoods, or any small community that already gathers regularly.
How It Works
- You (or your group's coordinator) reach out and tell us a bit about your group and location
- We set your group up with its own order code and a pickup date that works for you — for Azure groups, we build it around your existing drop day
- Members order individually using the code, any time before the cutoff — free shipping applies automatically, regardless of order size
- We combine every order into one shipment and send it to your coordinator with tracking, timed to arrive right around pickup
- Your coordinator sorts and hands everything out — often alongside an existing pickup people are already making
Why It Works So Well
- Free shipping, always — because everyone's order ships together as one box instead of separately, there's no minimum order size required for free shipping

Good to Know
- Buying Clubs currently work best within about a day's ground shipping of our Ohio farms — Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia are a great fit
- Orders follow our normal seasonal shipping schedule, including warm-weather packaging during summer months
- There's no obligation to keep a club running — if it's not a fit for your group, there's no cost or pressure either way
