This is an amazing cheddar cheese! Enough tang and creaminess that are a delight to the palate! Can't say enough good things about this cheese. It's the best cheddar I've ever had and I'm so happy I discovered it.

This is a superb aged cheddar for an economical price.

I am in love with this cheddar. While a certain national creamery will sell their seriously sharp after a much shorter ageing, this one has been cellared properly. Off the knife it is crumbly, but will stay together on a cheese plate. It is properly sharp, but not too salty, and gorgeously creamy and refined. While some dairies make a sharp cheddar that is bitter and challenging to eat, this is smooth and lovely. When you crunch into those gorgeous cheddar crystals, you may lose your mind. A perfect cheese for holiday gifting. Order enough.
